Refund Policy
We're sorry to hear that your DNWT purchase didn't work out this time, but no problem! You have 28 business days from the receipt of your order to manage a return. Please contact us at hello@dnwt.co.uk
Conditions for Return Acceptance
To ensure your return request is accepted, please adhere to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in resalable condition, with any labels and packaging intact.
- Personalized designs created per the Buyer's specifications are non-returnable.
- Return requests must be submitted via email within 28 business days of receiving the product.
- The product invoice must be included with the return shipment and/or write the Order number please in.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of postage for either your original order or the return.
Damaged Pieces
The returned items must not be damaged or show any signs of usage. Please send returns back in the original packaging when possible and ensure the original shipment label is removed.

Refund Conditions
Once received at the warehouse, your return will be processed within 4 business days. We will notify you by email as soon as we have issued your refund. The refund will appear on your bank statement within 2-5 business days.
Exchanges
If you desire a different size, color, or style, please return your item to us and proceed to purchase the new piece.
